Lothian & Borders Police
We required a bespoke installation, borne out of the necessity to have numerous and diverse CCTV feeds into a new central Force Communications Centre. This was by no means an easy system to design, due to five local authorities having different matrices requiring integration to inter-communicate. Valley Watch
In November 1996, Valley Watch employed 2020 Vision to design and install 24 cameras on a 705-acre site, and for a 24-hour fully equipped control room. Over the following 10 years, 2020 Vision has supplied and installed a further £50,000 worth of equipment in other contracts as well as carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance on the existing system. To date, I have not come across any other company whose workmanship has reached anywhere near the quality and standards of those achieved by 2020 Vision Systems.

We are all quick to criticise when things go wrong but slow to praise when everything is going right.
Paul is doing an excellent job in the control room and on street. He is going the extra mile with all the jobs and keeps me informed and on my toes. It is nice that we have an engineer that is thinking ahead of the game and not just doing the basics.
Chris has been very prompt with any information or quotes I have asked for with a response within a few days and at short notice. He is also making sure we are happy with a call now and again to make sure everything is going well.
Gillian Whitelaw is keeping the accounts flowing and making sure I am up to date with all aspects. It is nice that when you need information that Gillian is on the ball and has the answers.
Mick, I have limited contact with Mick but I assume that it is his organisation of the engineers etc that is allowing me to E-mail you with all positives with Paul and your response to faults.
I know I have only mentioned the four individuals but overall when I have made contact with your company it has been dealt with effective and efficiently every time.
